Welcome to TardigradesInSpace.com. This website is operated by Stewards of Your Vision, LLC, an Oregon-based company. Your use of this site constitutes acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
1. OVERVIEW
This website offers educational content, branded merchandise, interactive games, and a membership-based fan club associated with the fictional world of “Tardigrades in Space.”
2. ELIGIBILITY
This site is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, you must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to access features such as membership enrollment, online purchases, or content submission.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
Creating an account or joining the fan club requires submission of your name, email, and (for merchandise shipping) address. Memberships are offered in multiple tiers with varying benefits. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
We offer products and services through one-time purchases, pre-orders, and monthly/annual memberships. Payments are processed via secure third-party providers including EasyCart, Stripe, and PayPal. All digital products and memberships are non-refundable. Physical products may be returnable under our stated return policy.
5. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
- Physical goods: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Digital goods: Non-refundable.
- Memberships: You may cancel at any time. Access to membership perks continues until the end of the paid term, at which point auto-renewal is stopped and no further billing occurs.
6. MODERATION OF USER-GENERATED CONTENT
All community-submitted materials (such as fan art, forum posts, or gameplay suggestions) will be reviewed and approved before publication. Offensive, infringing, or inappropriate content will not be published.
7. CROWDFUNDING & PRE-ORDERS
We may offer products or campaigns through pre-orders or platforms like Kickstarter. By participating in these offerings, you understand that delivery timelines and availability may vary.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All site content, including characters, names, storylines, logos, and merchandise designs are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Reuse or replication without written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the website or its services to:
